Die App „Wer hat’s“ speichert alle eingegebenen Daten ausschlieĂźlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät. Es findet keine Ăśbertragung an unsere Server oder Dritte statt. Wir erheben, speichern oder verarbeiten keine personenbezogenen Daten auf eigenen Servern.

3. Processed Data and Purposes

The following data is stored exclusively locally on your device:

  • Lending data: Description of lent items, photos, return date, value, serial number
  • Contact Information: Name and phone number of the person borrowing (optional, selected from your address book only upon your express request)
  • Location: Optional handover location (only upon explicit user action, not in the background)

4. Location and Address Determination (Geocoding)

Wenn Sie die optionale Funktion „Aktuellen Standort verwenden“ auslösen, ermittelt Ihr Gerät die aktuellen Koordinaten und ĂĽbergibt diese an den Geocoding-Dienst des Betriebssystems (auf Android: Google), um daraus eine lesbare Adresse zu erzeugen. Diese Ăśbermittlung erfolgt durch das Betriebssystem, nicht durch uns — wir erhalten und speichern diese Daten nicht. Die ermittelte Adresse wird ausschlieĂźlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Dies ist der einzige Vorgang, bei dem Daten das Gerät verlassen können, und er findet nur auf Ihre ausdrĂĽckliche Aktion hin statt. Rechtsgrundlage: Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), jederzeit widerrufbar durch Nichtnutzung der Funktion.

5. Permissions

  • Camera: For photographing lent items (optional)
  • Contacts (Read): To select a single contact upon your request — the address book is not scanned or stored
  • Location: For optional capturing of a handover location — exclusively upon user action, no background use, no disclosure
  • Notifications: For optional return reminders that you can set up yourself

6. No third-party disclosure

No data is transmitted to third parties, advertising networks, analytical services, or other external entities. The app contains no tracking technologies and no advertisements. If you share content yourself (e.g., a message via WhatsApp, a PDF receipt, or a ZIP backup), this occurs solely based on your active selection via your device's sharing function; the privacy policy of the destination app you have chosen applies to the processing of that data.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete individual entries in the app at any time — associated photos will also be removed. By uninstalling the app, all stored data will be completely and irrevocably removed. Please create a backup via the settings before uninstalling if necessary.

8. Your Rights

You are entitled to the rights under Art. 15–21 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Since we do not collect any personal data from you or process it on our own servers, these rights largely do not apply in practice — all data remains exclusively under your control on your device. 2. Principle: Local Data Storage

The „Who Has It?“ app stores all data you enter exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers or to third parties. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our own servers.

3. Data Processed and Purposes

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

  • Loan data: descriptions of lent items, photos, return date, value, serial number
  • Contact data: name and phone number of the borrower (optional, only selected from your address book at your explicit request)
  • Location: optional handover location (only on explicit user action, never in the background)

4. Location and Address Lookup (Geocoding)

When you trigger the optional „Use current location“ feature, your device determines the current coordinates and passes them to the operating system’s geocoding service (on Android: Google) to produce a readable address. This transmission is performed by the operating system, not by us — we do not receive or store this data. The resulting address is stored locally on your device only. This is the only process in which data may leave the device, and it only happens upon your explicit action. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time by not using the feature.
