lipasanF\u00ae has been in use for years in German sewage treatment plants, large-scale operations, and municipal facilities – at Fraport, Messe Frankfurt, IKEA, and various treatment plants such as Amperverband or LINEG. These users typically have their own plant technicians and dosing specialists. For private customers, small restaurateurs, and property management companies, the dosage is less obvious.<\/p>\n

This guide provides specific dosage information for the most common use cases. It does not replace the label on the bottle \u2013 but it serves as a quick reference.<\/p>\n

General rules (for all applications)<\/h2>\n

  1. Observe contact time.<\/strong> lipasanF\u00ae requires 6 to 12 hours of contact time with grease to be effective. During the day, the agent is often washed away by water before the lipase microorganisms can work. Best time: In the evening after the last rinse.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Do not combine with chemicals.<\/strong> Chemical cleaners (Drano, Rohrfrei, chlorine) kill the microorganisms immediately. After using such agents, wait at least 48 hours.<\/li>\n
  3. Be patient with old buildup.<\/strong> The first effects are visible after 1 to 2 weeks. Complete cleaning of old deposits takes 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the thickness of the buildup.<\/li>\n
  4. Use warm water before first use.<\/strong> Flush 1 liter of warm (not boiling) water through the pipe, then add lipasanF\u00ae. This distributes the agent more effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Acute problems (odor, slow-draining water)<\/h3>\n

    100 ml once daily for 7 days<\/strong>, then return to routine weekly use. For very old deposits, the intensive period can be extended to 14 days.<\/p>\n

    After 3 to 6 months of continuous use, you should have measurably less fat mass in the grease trap – document this using your waste disposal company's inspection reports. This can be used to justify the reduction of intermediate cleanings to the legal minimum (1\u00d7 annually) to the authorities.<\/p>\n

    Property management \/ multi-family residential buildings<\/h2>\n

    Standard dosage<\/h3>\n

    1 to 2 liters per 6 residential units per month<\/strong> into the grease trap or the uppermost connection point of the vertical pipe. Apply in the evening so it can work overnight.<\/p>\n
